wah..!! dah berhabuk dah blog saya kan. dah berkurun lamanya tidak mengupdate.

sorry la reader ( mcm ada org nak baca jer apa aku post ).. lately lot of things happened in my life.

Raya tahun nie sangat la membosankan! dapat berapa ringgit jer duet raya. adoii. itu yang x best nie. orang lain semua dapat duet raya tapi aku? Dengan besar hatinya, kutipan tabung raya saya tahun nie ialah RM 12. cukup ker? nak balik KL pon xlepas tau. huhu.

Di Lobby Sri Pentas Media Prima telah diadakan sambutan ulangtahun yg ke 5 untuk rancangan Selamat Pagi Kopi O. Ramai orang datang dan meriah jugak nampaknya. Hehe. So, ada la artis datnag untuk menghiburkan para tetamu. Antara artis yg datnag ialah Alyah, Misha Omar, Anuar Zain dan Personaliti TV9. Aku dengar Anuar Zain nyanyi sedap giler beb! Sejibik macam dlm radio. No editing pls! TV9 provide nasi lemak free dan kopi pun free jugak. So, save money for breakfast. Haha. Diorang pun ada jugak jemput orang luar and tak silap aku aak-anak yatim kot dari Kualu Lipis, Pahang. Jauh giler datag. Pukul berapa la budak-budak tue bangun. Program start kui 8 pagi. Hehe. Before artis-artis nie blah, sempat la snap pic dengan diorang. kat luar memang harapan la nak bergambar. Nak tengok? Esok-esok jelah ea...

CINEMA: MACAM BANGANG

Mahu pulang ke Muadzam Shah selepas ber'BBQ' di Cherating bersama kawan-kawan. Saje jer singgah ECM sebab semua setuju nak g lepak dulu. Then, diorang cakap nak tgk wayang sebab xtau nak buat apa kan.

Cadangan 2: Sucker Punch

Mula-mula nak tgk cerita cadangan 1 dan nampaknya semua agak bersetuju. hahaha. Ttbe datg seorang kawan bagi cadangan tengok cter cadangan kedua selepas dia tgk preview cter tersebut. Preview cter tue memang menarik giler. Kalo korang tgk sure korang pon nak tengok jugak. Then, kitorang pon tgk la cter Sucker Punch. Guess what apa kitorang punya komen pasal cter ini?

TIPS KESIHATAN

Ohh. Such hot climate for today in Muadzam Shah, Pahang. I am little tires for study today. Most of my times today is spent my time with my bed. Tomorrow, the last paper for final exam and the paper is Occupational Safety and Helath. Such a lot need to study!! That not the point for this entry. Just introduction my activity. Today, i gonna to share with some tips about health since what I have learn today. hehe. 

So, we will talk about food? what kind of food that we should take everyday? Semua makanan sedap kan. Tambahan lagi makanan feberet kan like sambal tumis ikan keli. Pergh. Sedap sioott. Ta sabar nk balik umah da.

Salmon

Hands down! Salmon is my favorite food to substitute meats. It is a good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids - which has been shown to decrease LDL cholesterol and raise HDL cholesterol. In 2002, the American Heart Association recommended eating at least 2 servings of fish a week, particularly fatty fish such as salmon. With increasing public concerns over farmed salmon, choose wild salmon. Most canned salmon are wild.

Soy

actually, dia nie baru jer masuk foundation. aku xkenal pon dia nie. ntah mcm mana bley tersesat plak jumpa perempuan ini. Takdir Allah. hehe. kenal pon time aku dah last sem dah.

Dia nie gedix sket. opss. sorry. easy going and talk a lot. kalo lepak ngan dia mesti best sebab bnyk bercakap. Dia cakap lagi banyak dari aku tau.
Dia nie bnyk skill jugak la. bagi aku kira power la. aku pon tak sebagus mcm dia. We're not couple.. hehe..

Selalu jugak kitorang lepak sama-sama. Selalu lepak mesti makan aiskrim. Dia pun addicted asikrim jugak macm aku. So, kitorang sekepala la. One more thing about her, when we are discuss something, she always come out her own opinion. Very independent person. Agak selalu jugak dia blanja aku makan aiskrim. Hahaha..

But, it's time to leave Muadzam Shah after 4 years i had spent my life here. To grab a degree and i will graduated form Universiti Tenaga Nasiona soon. So, seriously i am very sad to leave this place and very hard to see her again. I will gonna miss her a lot. Serioulsy. Really having fun with her and she is one of the best friend that i ever have. She kind of little girl for me and I very happy to know her, can be friend with her.

To Nurul Ikhlas:
Gedix, seriously abg cakap abg sayang kan adik. thanx for the moment with me. walaupun tak dapat spent time lama dengan adik kat sini, abg happy sangat to know you. So, be a good girl. I hope you will be achieve whatever you had dream before ( jgn mimpi hantu lagi). Next time, harap dapt jumpa lagi dengan adik. Nanti lepak lagi k. Makan pizza ngan aiskrim cornetto. Love you and I will be miss you adik!!(jgn bgtaw nas yg abg syg adik)
