TIPS KESIHATAN

Ohh. Such hot climate for today in Muadzam Shah, Pahang. I am little tires for study today. Most of my times today is spent my time with my bed. Tomorrow, the last paper for final exam and the paper is Occupational Safety and Helath. Such a lot need to study!! That not the point for this entry. Just introduction my activity. Today, i gonna to share with some tips about health since what I have learn today. hehe. 

So, we will talk about food? what kind of food that we should take everyday? Semua makanan sedap kan. Tambahan lagi makanan feberet kan like sambal tumis ikan keli. Pergh. Sedap sioott. Ta sabar nk balik umah da.

Salmon

Hands down! Salmon is my favorite food to substitute meats. It is a good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids - which has been shown to decrease LDL cholesterol and raise HDL cholesterol. In 2002, the American Heart Association recommended eating at least 2 servings of fish a week, particularly fatty fish such as salmon. With increasing public concerns over farmed salmon, choose wild salmon. Most canned salmon are wild.

Soy

Soy products are great substitutes for animal products. I love cooking tofu with various tasty Asian sauces and also enjoy drinking soy milk. Soy beans contain high amounts of protein which comprise of all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source to do so). Soy beans are also a rich source of calcium,iron, zinc , phosphorus, magnesium, B vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids and fiber. Numerous scientific studies demonstrated that a diet containing significant soy protein may benefit heart health. In addition, more and more studies are being published suggesting other health benefits of soy such as the prevention of prostate & breast cancer as well as osteoporosis.
 
Greens

Green vegetables such as kale, chard, collard greens, bok choy, broccoli, asparagus, green beans, etc... are packed with vitamins A and C, iron, calcium and phytonutrients. Personally, I like eating them cooked so I usually stir fry them in a non-stick pan, but it is absolutely fine to eat them raw as well so go ahead and toss them into your salad and reap the nutritional benefits!

To include more servings of whole grains in your diet, use whole-wheat flour in your recipes instead of white flour. Look for the word "whole" when purchasing packaged foods such as cereals, biscuits, pasta and breads. In addition, try adding wild rice, brown rice, quinoa or barley in your soup to increase whole grain intake.

actually, dia nie baru jer masuk foundation. aku xkenal pon dia nie. ntah mcm mana bley tersesat plak jumpa perempuan ini. Takdir Allah. hehe. kenal pon time aku dah last sem dah.

Dia nie bnyk skill jugak la. bagi aku kira power la. aku pon tak sebagus mcm dia. We're not couple.. hehe..

Selalu jugak kitorang lepak sama-sama. Selalu lepak mesti makan aiskrim. Dia pun addicted asikrim jugak macm aku. So, kitorang sekepala la. One more thing about her, when we are discuss something, she always come out her own opinion. Very independent person. Agak selalu jugak dia blanja aku makan aiskrim. Hahaha..

But, it's time to leave Muadzam Shah after 4 years i had spent my life here. To grab a degree and i will graduated form Universiti Tenaga Nasiona soon. So, seriously i am very sad to leave this place and very hard to see her again. I will gonna miss her a lot. Serioulsy. Really having fun with her and she is one of the best friend that i ever have. She kind of little girl for me and I very happy to know her, can be friend with her.

To Nurul Ikhlas:
Gedix, seriously abg cakap abg sayang kan adik. thanx for the moment with me. walaupun tak dapat spent time lama dengan adik kat sini, abg happy sangat to know you. So, be a good girl. I hope you will be achieve whatever you had dream before ( jgn mimpi hantu lagi). Next time, harap dapt jumpa lagi dengan adik. Nanti lepak lagi k. Makan pizza ngan aiskrim cornetto. Love you and I will be miss you adik!!(jgn bgtaw nas yg abg syg adik)

team HR vs team MARKETING

Jam 1700 semua pelajar jurusan human resouce dan marketing bererak ke Padang A muadzam kerana dijadualkan mereka akan membuat perhitungan. Perlawanan bola sepak ini telah lama dirancang tetapi di tangguhkan atas sebab-sebab karenag birokrasi dalaman. Pelajar dari jurusan lain tidak dibenarkan sama sekali join team HR @ MARKETING kecuali atas sebab-sebab tertentu. perlawanan pada awalnya saling seimbang diantara kedua-dua pasukan dan saling serang menyerang. pada minit ke berapa ntah, Ainul Yakin dr team HR berjaya menjaringka gol pertama perlawanan hasil kesilapan penjaga gol MARKETING, Haris kerana gagal menyepak bola dgn tepat. Team MARKETING mula melancarkan serangan bertali arus tetapi gagal menembusi benteng pertahanan team HR yg dieketuai oleh saudara Faiyok MAS dan Min Renggos. sebelum first half tamat, saudara Azri Azman telah membuat kejutan apabila menshooting dari sudut kanan yg dianngap mustahil untuk gol, tetapi dgn kelegendan beliau, beliau berjaya menjaringkan gol kedua buat pasukan team HR.

Separuh masa kedua bermula dgn team HR kickoff dulu. team MARKETING terus berusaha mengucar kacirkan barisan pertahanan team HR dan hampir-hampir menjaringkan gol melalui Khairi Jafri dan Wan Waja. Di dalam keghairahan mereka menyerang, Azri Azman sekali lagi penjadi peledak tulen buat team HR apabila menyumbat lagi sebijik kedalam gol MARKETING apabila keeper gagal menangkap kemas percubaan beliau. Pada minit-minit terakhir, akhirnya team MARKETING dapat menjaringkan gol saguhati melalui freekick yg diambil oleh saudara Syazwi Zufar.

meniti hari-hari terakhir

Dah lama tak mengepos di blog aku nie.
sebab malas nak tulis and connection internet pon mcm hampeh jer
tetapi, today tergerak hati plak kan nak tulis sumthing dalam blog nie
today : 16 March 2011
just tinggal beberapa hari jer lagi untuk:
  1. keluar dari uniten nie sebab dah hbs blajar. alhamdulillah. sedar tak sedar aku dah nk habis dah degree kat uniten muadzam shah. 4 tahun beb.
  2. untuk start praktikal. kat mana xtaw lagi sebab kena consider banyak benda before i make my decisison
  3. bersiap sedia for the last final exam at uniten. so, tgl beberapa hari jer lagi nak study. waaa... aku xstart lagi.
Dah hampir 4 tahun aku kat muadzam and dah nak complete pon my study. so, after that i will become a person that holder BBA (Hons.) Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Then, start la kehidupan menjadi 'Penganggur Sementara' before dapat kerja.

Future Plan: sambung master or kerje depends on situation. kalau dapat keje, aku keje la dulu. kalau xdpt keje, sambung master. nk sambung dekat mana aku xkisah pon. dalam  negara or luar negara aku xkisah sangat. tp kalau boleh nak luar negara r. bley tgk negara org. hehe. hopefully. insyaallah.

before that, aku nak tunjuk subject exam aku for the last time. harap2 xsangkut la exam nie. hehe
